HOW-TO APPLY

• Before you begin, make sure your skin is clean and dry. Do not put on any moisturizer or product prior to taping.
• Hold the tape up in the position it will be used and roughly measure and cut the tape at the length you require.
• Do not remove the paper backing from the tape at once. To start the application, only remove paper backing from one end and hold your breast in the desired position. Start taping from under your breast and pull the tape to the desired position. Lift and smooth with your free hand. Repeat steps until you achieve the look you are after. 
• Repeat on the other breast.
• To remove the tape, simply pull the tape off slowly. If you have any difficulty removing the tape, you can wet the tape with warm water or simply lift the skin as you remove the tape.
